A redevelopment of a single story factory space into a three story commercial development and covering 1600m2.

Initially tasked with removing all existing services, we then completed the new build electrical infrastructure throughout, including:

• New Main Switchboard, energy metering, rising mains and distribution boards to each level.
• Supply and installation of new LED lighting throughout the development.
• Supply and installation of Telecommunication and MATV infrastructure to all levels.
• Supply and installation of Emergency Lighting.
• Undertake Tenancy fit outs once base building complete.
